FIRST: Schedule the Initial Consultation:

To begin, you will need to schedule a FREE initial 15-minute consultation with our nurse practitioner. This will determine if Tranquility Health & Wellness can be a good option for you.

SECOND: Lab Orders:

If you have decided to move forward, you will be given the option to have us provide you with an order for bloodwork. This is REQUIRED before the final consultation appointment. The bloodwork results are necessary to help us understand your current health status and customize a blueprint tailored to your customized goals. You may use your private insurance for these labs and are responsible for any costs associated with it. We also have discounted resources for labwork if interested. If you have had the proper lab work completed by another provider within 6 months, it can be submitted.

LAST: Consultation Day:

During this visit, lab results, past medical history, and current medical history will be reviewed. This comprehensive health assessment helps us determine if our medical weight loss program is for you. The initial 45-minute consultation with our nurse practitioner will be via a secured telehealth link. This can be done through our website or by contacting our clinic directly. The 45-minute consultation is $100.
